The Salon Sherfield: Cancellation, Late & No Show Policy.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

 

At The Salon Sherfield, we value both our clients’ time and our team’s schedule.

To ensure we can provide the best possible service to all clients, we kindly ask

for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling

 

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours’ notice will not incur any charge.

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time

may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service value.

Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice (“no-shows”) may be charged up to 100% of the appointment cost.

Deposits

 

A 50% deposit is required when booking all large colour services, colour corrections, balayage appointments, or any appointment exceeding 2 hours.

Deposits secure your appointment and are deducted from your final bill on the

day of service.

Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours

of the appointment time.

With more than 24 hours’ notice, deposits can be transferred to a rearranged appointment.

Late Arrivals

 

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate your appointment; however, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients.

In some cases, late arrivals may be treated as a missed appointment.

Emergencies

 

We understand that genuine emergencies can happen, and discretion may be applied at management’s discretion.
